Relax in Comfort with Sunyear's Netted Hammock for Camping

RobMckenner: Overall, I really like the hammock and would recommend it for car camping. However, it's important to note that the hammock and tarp are a bit too heavy for backcountry use. I used the hammock in September during an archery hunt for naps, especially when the wall tent became too warm during the day. It performed excellently, providing a comfortable place for naps. Even when we had several afternoon downpours, the hammock remained dry. Setting it up is not the easiest, but it's not overly difficult either. One caution I'd like to share is that you'll need insulation for comfort. I found that at 75 degrees with a slight wind, I felt quite cold.

Justin: This was the first time hammock camping. This hammock did not disappoint. My buddy bought almost the same setup but a more expensive brand. And his wasn’t as easy and nice to setup as this. Love love love.

SeanSean: I've used this hammock system for about 14 outings this season and it's help up perfectly fine. Setup is a breeze and it packs up just as easy. It's had zero failures so far, stitching is decent quality and hasn't torn at all. Straps are solid. For the price you really can't beat it. 10/10 would recommend.

Thomas Lennox: I am new to Hammocks , but this unit kept me off the ground and also the water off me . Easy to set up , would have liked a paper set up guide as I had no wifi in the woods . Enjoying it so far !

Michael Shoenfelt: The first opportunity I had to take this thing out the weather was a cold and rainy spring day. I kayak to my campsite so immediately I appreciated the portability of this product. The rain fly is substantially larger than the picture makes it appear which is a plus in itself; even adjusted for me at 6’0 the rain fly came all the way to the ground on either side. The material appears to be hydrophobic, when I woke up all I did was tap the side of the fly and all the water slid right off; stayed dry all night even with the wind and all my gear under me was too. The only thing I dislike is that this hammock comes with the worst camping stakes you’ve ever seen, I put them in the ground in several places with and without vegetation and I never got them to stay, I ended up using rocks from the lake to hold it down which worked well. Overall it’s a fantastic product and I’d buy it again.

Wolf: At 6'3 and fairly broad up top, I slept comfortably enough in the single hammock my first overnight in it.
My small dog was also in the hammock with me and didn't tear anything with her nails moving around so the fabric seems of pretty good quality too! The stitching on the attached pouch is beginning to loose a bit on the one side already but it's because I absolutely jammed and weighed that pouch down with stuff...so, it's not really a surprise. The included straps and carabiners are great.

Absolutely love the attached mesh and it is an absolute must where I am in bug country.
The mosquito mesh is fairly slack at first but the trade-off is it is an extremely fast and easy setup with two bungees and hooks so I can't really complain. That being said; One thing I learned the hard way is you should immediately re-do those overhand knots tied for the mesh ridgeline. (I just re-did a quick snare around the hook) When I had first tried to alleviate the slack problem by pulling the bungee further towards the tree, the initial overhand knot gave out and the cord released from the hook and snapped back at me.
