Retiredrancher: Like many others - had eye surgery that requires cold compress for a few days then warm compress. This is perfect. Very comfortable. Some have commented on being lumpy - simply move the beads around to suit you. Device will keep desired temperature for about 10-15 minutes - again just right. The double sided nature also adds to the versatility. Great product. Would highly recommend

Pascal: Masque de bonne qualité avec un côté sans le tissu (côté transparent qui permet de voir les billes de gel) qui permet d’avoir un froid plus intense directement sur la peau. Le côté avec le tissu permet d’éviter d’avoir trop froid.
J’avais comparé plusieurs masques mais la plupart des autres masques avaient des soucis de qualités avec des fuites ou le plastique du masque qui explosait à la première utilisation.
Je recommande ce masque sans soucis !

RC: MY SON AND I BOTH HAVE USED THIS EYEMASK FOR YEARS. WE USE IT FOR WARMTH. IT CAN BE USED COOL AS WELL. MY SON NEEDS MOISTURE BECAUSE HIS EYES ARE MEDICALLY FRAGILE. I USE THE MASK FOR RELAXATION. IT CERTAINLY HELPS MY EYES TO FEEL BETTER AFTER USING IT FOR TEN MINUTES. IT'S EASY TO TEST FOR TEMPERATURE BY PUTTING IT ON YOUR WRIST LIKE YOU WERE CHECKING THE TEMPERATURE FOR A BABY'S FORMULA. THE STRAP HAS VELCRO TO ADJUST COMFORTABLY TO YOUR SIZE HEAD. THE VELCRO AREA IS LARGE, BUT NOT TOO BIG.
ONE SIDE IS VELVET AND THE OTHER SIDE IS SEE THROUGH. THE MAIN MAIN REASON FOR PURCHASING THIS EYE MASK IS ITS PURPOSE AND COMFORT, BUT THE COLORS ARE BEAUTIFUL AND IT'S INVITING TO USE. IT'S BEEN THE BEST PART OF MY DAY. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS EYE MASK.

Lydia: Har använt denna i flera år när jag har lidit av extrema migränattacker, den hjälper verkligen! Den känns otroligt skön att ha i pannan och över ögonen, den lindrar otroligt bra. Nackdelen är att den blir varm väldigt fort och då gör den inte så mycket utan bara sitter där så då får man lägga in den i frysen/kylen igen.

Colleen L.: I received the therapy eye mask in a very timely manner and saw that it appears to be of very good quality. It has the gel bead side of it and the reverse side is a plush, super soft covering so it isn't touching your skin directly. It has a 1" wide elastic band that allows you to keep it over your eyes, and it's adjustable with Velcro, so it should fit most adults perfectly.
Very thorough directions are included for proper use of the mask for both hot and cold use. It also had a couple extra tips that I wouldn't have thought of immediately. When I opened the package I found a cleverly creative "thank you" for purchasing this NEWGO eye mask. It was very charming, and to me, showed that they really value a good customer experience.

RPG: These worked very well after my eye surgery. At first, I needed to apply cold compresses but the gauze got warm right away. I put a partially frozen one over the wet gauze and it kept it nice and cold for the full 10 mins. It was also easy to wipe the surface of the eye mask with an alcohol pad to keep it clean. The surgeon said my bruising was minimal because I did a great job with the compresses.
After a few days, when swelling settles in, you’re supposed to do warm compresses. You have to be careful when you microwave the eye mask. It gets VERY HOT quickly but I found 18 secs to be perfect for me. Move the beads around after microwaving it and use a thin towel or sterile gauze between you and the eye mask. It was so soothing, I often fell asleep while using it.
I am so glad I had these. It was nice to treat both eyes at the same time and after all my use, they still look brand new.

Amazon Customer: I bought this to help sooth eye pain from stress. It arrived on time and was packaged very nicely, with a cute little card from the seller with warranty information, instructions, and a strong zipper bag for cooling without getting smells from your freezer or refrigerator. You can tell that the company selling this takes a lot of pride in their product, and I hope to make more purchases from them in the future. I love this eye mask! It is so soft and squishy, with just the right amount of pressure, with the adjustable elastic band. It’s a beautiful color too. It’s been great for my eye pain and for headaches. It's so soothing I don't want to take it off! I just slide it up on my forehead when I'm not using it on the eyes and it feels great there too. It's comfortable enough that you can use it for sleep! The only thing that I wish is that it would stay cold for longer, but that’s not the company or product’s fault.
