J. Stuart: Of all of the Reign flavors, this one is the best tasting. The rest are overly sweet and taste like weird cotton candy, meant for a kids palate even though Reign is pitched for adults. Reign is supplemented with CoQ10, a substance beneficial for metabolism and your heart health. This also has the least sodium of the Reign flavors (check the sodium content in Red Bull sometime, it's wild). One can has 300 mg of caffeine, so I stick to half a can a day. The energy increase and mental sharpness makes the slightly odd flavor worthwhile.
