Yes, I bought it: Flimsy and made of nylon. My terrier mix was able to take it off and chewed it up.

Dean: The muzzle does make my dobie quiet down. However, she can still bark if she really wants to. I don't put the muzzle on real tight so that it's a comfortable fit. The top strap doesn't stay in place and usually ends up on the side of her head. It does the job though, my dobie doesn't bark when it's on.

Emily MEmily M: The media could not be loaded. This has been perfect for my needs. I wish size small came with the strap over the head like in the photos, but still good. Would just add extra security if it was as photo shows. Even small dogs owners deserve the same quality of muzzle.
I have 3 dogs, two 15 lb litermates (one is featured in photos), and a very small apple headed chihuahua, and I can adjust this to fit all of their heads. I bought it for the smallest one who gets nippy during nail trimming but also liked I could use it for my other two if needed, and it has come in clutch keeping them from barking when they were stressing out in a new environment. Dogs can't bite, don't bark (obviously can still whine lol), and still take training treats and drink water and be comfortable.
It is very flexible in both neck length and muzzle width. I can't speak for how it would last if constantly readjusting the velco, but with a tight fit like mine and infrequent velcro adjustments, it's been great.
