LouAnn Rowley: It works as well as regular baking powder. I was disappointed in this 8 oz can having only 2 months until expiration.I will never use that much.Gosh the stores give you a year or 2.

Quincy Vagell: I love this for baking. It works just like “regular” baking powder. My issue is that the last two cans on here were approaching expiration.
I bought a can in September 2022 with a February 2023, which is fine. I just ordered a can this week to stock up, since I can’t find this product anywhere else anymore, but the can arrived with a January 2023 expiration. That’s even older than the one I ordered two months ago.
Luckily I do a lot of baking this time of year, but I wish the cans were good for more than a couple of months. If that was the case, I’d stock up, since it’s getting harder to harder to find this baking powder.

Sarah V: Actually I like it better than the original one with sodium. Used it before and still really like it. Even though it is great, I believe the price is more than baking powder should be and therefore I don't always reorder it each time I need it.
