Amazon Customer: Quite surprised at the quality and range of these walkie talkies. We tested them over about a kilometre and they still picked up. They're a bit fiddly to set channels -best not to shoose obvious ones as we picked up cross-talk. Amazing for the price though.

Dot: Bought on June 20th for an August birthday
Used once and the first one had already stopped working Not sure if it ever worked
On second use, they used the two working walkie-talkies and another one stopped working.
I emailed Wishouse on August 18th No reply
Updated on 8th September Wishouse refunded the full amount today

Contacted Amazon today
Absolutely no help at all

Selling defective products

Bumping up the reviews to 4.5 when other sites show the real truth about the defective products.

Not helping their customers when the reality dawns (after the 30 days of course) that the product is defective.

Emiko Okamoto: They work well as long as you don't depend on the included charger. We had to use our own batteries and battery charger. They're a little confusing to configure but seem durable and work well for our young kids.

lbuda: Bought these as a gift for sisters aged 9, 7 and 5 knowing that they do not own cell phones. First time meeting them and wasn't sure what to get them. They seemed excited and knew exactly how to use them! Opened the box, added batteries and they were off and running! They said neighbors have the exact same ones and now they can all use together! Good suggestion on Amazon's part!

K: These walkers talkies were so much fun for my kids to play with. They had a blast using them around the neighborhood- the range was pretty decent, very clear to understand, a little advanced for my 3 year old and 6 year old so I had to help them get the settings figured out and they were all set to play.

Unfortunately after 5 weeks, the pink one stopped working, it would no longer turn on. It was just past the Amazon 30 day return window, but the company has a 90 day warranty. I contacted customer service, and they sent me some steps to troubleshoot but it did not fix the problem. Ultimately, they refunded me 1/3 of my purchase price. Disappointed that one broke in such a short time, but satisfied with their customer service and honoring their warranty. Still a little bummed because I specifically bought a 3 pack to have an extra for a friend, since sharing is still very hard at their ages!

Gwen Vosper: Bought for a 6 year olds birthday - he loved it and instantly he and his brothers were using it around the house and garden. His mum thought they’d keep one handset in the kitchen so she could call them for meals! Previously gave a set of 3 to my 5 year old granddaughter - the family used it at home and on walks - still working well.
