POWEROWL Rechargeable AA Batteries offer the best value for money and superior performance in terms of battery efficiency, build quality and overall performance. These batteries are pre-charged with wind energy at the factory and come in a pack of 12. They are ideal for powering PDAs, flashlights, alarm-clocks, LCD-TVs and more. With a high capacity of 2800mAh and a low self-discharge rate of 1.2V NiMH, these batteries can be recharged over 1200 times and retain 70% of their power even after 3 years of non-use.Shayne MacDonald: Amazon wants a review of their products before we really have a chance to properly assess the product. Rechargeable batteries take 4 or 5 charge cycles before reaching peak performance. I am reviewing them after one charge cycle... they provide power and then recharge as expected.

This game is really really fun: Great set of rechargeable batteries for the price. Charge quickly and last longer than I expected.

FJR: My husband bought a PowerOwl charger in 2021 that came with batteries. We use them in our Switch controllers, TV remotes and a vibrator, so they get turned over fairly regularly. I recently decided to buy some more batteries, and it's a good thing I did, because the originals that came with the charger are starting to croak on us now. We have gotten a TON of use out of them and admittedly haven't always been the best about recharging them/removing them from the charger timely, so I think they've performed well! I grew up in the 80s with an electrician father who was picky about rechargeable batteries, because they used to be expensive af! It's rad to be able to get these decent, consistent batteries affordably and delivered fast. Would recommend!

Philip: I purchased several packs of POWEROWL Rechargeable AA Batteries, 2800mAh High Capacity Double A Batteries. I also Purchased the Powerowl charger. I planned on using these in my Cellar trail cams. All batteries have been charged three times. When I installed them, the camera only indicated a 63 percent charge. They only last about two weeks., before they are dead. When any of the shelf standard batteries, I get a 100 percent charge showing, and they last about 4 to five weeks. I have five different cameras, and each camera's results are the same. Is this normal for trail Cams?
Update: Powerowl has made good and sent new alkaline batteries to replace the ones on my cell cameras. Very pleased with them.

Ironphoenix04: I've been using these powerowl AAs as well as their AAAs for the past half year or so. They all seem to have severely degraded max capacity over time. At first I thought it was a faulty charger (also from powerowl) so I got a replacement, but now I'm pretty sure it's the batteries themselves.
As much as I would like to continue using them, for certain items I'm having to recharge these every 3 or 4 days. Going to get some Panasonic Eneloops instead and hopefully they last longer

A. Oltsch: These rechargeables are a bargain, and, having popped the 12 of them in my Duracell recharger base, 4-at-a-time, I testify that, brand new, they came to full, steady green light charge very quickly.
I have cycled them through solar lawn lamps and have yet to find one leaking. They work well but most of my lawn lamps don't fully recharge the batteries, so I have to renew the full charge from time to time on the charger base. (A few, excellent lamps I have, do a great recharge job, stay very bright, and rarely need a change-over.)

Zohaib: This is second time i have ordered these on Amazon and pleased with the product and their performance. The batteries are high amperes and work great with my high drain toys and devices. I have only used them for about a year now so can't really comment on the longevity but it does appear they hold power well and been trouble free since day 1. There are other cheaper options available too but i didnt want to risk it and went with the ones i had used previously and reordered.

Big BlueBig Blue: When I first unpacked these batteries, I went to charge them and discovered they were not pre-charged as per the product description. Not a big deal, but they wouldn't charge fully even when I tried on two different chargers for over two hours. I later realized that my first charger (HiQuick) was not charging the batteries at all. The second one (my old Duracell 1HR Charger) completed the charge. All the batteries are fully charged, so this is a problem with my charger, not the batteries.

eric carney: It's been a year since I purchased these and they still hold a good charge. The only issue I found is they are slightly thicker than a standard AA battery and in some items they fit very snug so you have to be careful when installing/uninstalling them in your device that you don't damage the springs in the battery compartment. Another issue is when you install them into the charger half of them will blink red meaning there is an issue with them. Don't fret. Leave them in the charger for a few minutes then reseat them and the blinking red light will go solid and the battery will then charge. If you have a lot of battery-operated devices I highly recommend! 5 stars.
