It is straight forward! Anyone who has had infidelity, a pornography addiction, etc., needs to read this to understand what your wife/partner are going through and the necessary steps to start rebuilding trust again. The wife/partner should read it too!

dvarner: after personal poor choices over and over, this was a book i really needed and made things clearer for my path forward. i will be reading it again and i recommend it to any type of addict. my counselor classified me as a "functioning addict" so some of the material was overboard for my situatuon, but i could still relate

Sosoo850: This book has some really good advice that as a wife who's had her trust destroyed for 5 years straight from my husband sleeping with countless backpage prostitutes and countless bar sluts and tinder hoes, that the information would've been very helpful. If My husband was willing to do everything suggested and truly take it seriously, I have no doubt that I wouldve regained trust and security; however, I bought this hoping he'd read it and put effort and he's refused saying he doesn't have time to due to work and classes. I filed divorce for the 2nd time recently and although he once again begged me back with endless promises, hes once again gotten comfortable in his narcissistic, sex addict, pathological liar ways and there's no hope for him. This was a last ditch effort that for me failed because my husband is a piece of trash..... however, if your husband is someone worth anything at all and has the slightest bit of respect to read and apply this book, I highly recommend and think you'll appreciate it.

Terry Falk: Practical teaching, great achievable lessons, tools, and goals throughout. Very insightful and helpful in the battle to win the trust of your wife back. Well written, easy to read, digest, and practice. Great book, I just wish it kept on going because of how perfectly it described my life and marriage.
