Paola: I love this mirror it’s touch screen was always a struggle after a month of having it… after 2 years I can say it was nice the light was super bright but not to where it hurt your eyes. It no longer works when I turn it on I’m not sure if the touch completely went out or what but the plug in works it just seems to be some sort of flicker problem inside. Oh well great for a months worth of use not for long period of time.

nancy: I first bought this a year and a half ago and loved it so much I bought a second for my daughter at christmas last year. It is packaged very well, the mirror is sturdy and has a nice weight. The connections to the cord has a secure fit and stays in snuggly even after adjusting the mirror over and over. The mirror itself is excellent quality, no distortions, crisp and clear reflection. The three lighting choices are nice and the dimming option is lovely though I rarely use it. I had never had a problem with my mirror the entire time I used it until a few days ago and I used my mirror multiple times a day everyday. I contacted costumer service via an email on Saturday night and by 5:30am Monday I received a response including a tracking number for a brand new mirror!! I would recommend this product and this company 1000 times over. This is a win win purchase!

I would like to update this review to share that upon receiving the new mirror I realized the issue with my previous mirror was the cord that powered it. I contacted them and they sent me a new cord and a bunch of bulbs without any charge and the new mirror was never even mentioned! They were so helpful and attentive....

Brittany: Delivery (June 12): The mirror looks great and was packaged very nicely but that’s where the positives end. It won’t turn on :( I’m sure it’s just a defective mirror but after reading other reviews, it looks like that’s a common issue. I’ve reached out to customer support to see what my options are and will update if anything is resolved.
Update 1 (June 12): Their customer service responded in under 4 hours regarding sending a replacement. Happy with the response time - now we’ll wait and see how long it takes to get the replacement :)
Update 2 (June 20): received my new mirror in the mail today. This one works! I’ve updated my review accordingly. The mirror feels sturdy and was packaged very nicely. So glad to finally have a working one :) only took one star off because the first one I got was a dud

Originally I gave this mirror a 4 star review but I changed it to 5 after having this mirror since December 20th of last year I couldn't imagine getting ready in the morning without it. It still works like a dream.
