S Byrd: Overall this hearing aid battery has always been a good product. Amazon pricing was very good. This was my first order of this product from Amazon. This lot number appears to have a "glue residue" left on the battery when the tab is removed. This makes the many of the batteries unusable (dead battery) even after removing the residue. This is probably a lot specific QA issue since I have never had this problem in all the years I have used this product. When I contacted the Seller, they immediately gave me a partial credit for the purchase without question even though the Amazon return window had expired. I give them FIVE STARS for service! When I contacted Rayovac about warranty service, all I got was increasingly complex requirements to document the battery condition. Be aware Rayovac is VERY DIFFICULT to deal with. I had to ask 2 times for a return address so I could mail the batteries back because they wanted too many photos of every pack. Don't expect Rayovac to honor their warranty easily if at all I give Rayovac warranty service ONE STAR! BE sure to check your batteries as soon as they are received and return them immediately if there is a problem.
