Brenda M: This is great for creating darkness in a shared space. My husband likes to watch things on his phone before going to sleep, and the light is enough to keep me awake - I'm a bad sleeper. Irina: The sleep mask is nice, soft and cool on your face. However, it's not quite as big as the pictures, and depending on your face/nose, light does creep through which is unfortunate.
