Bobsuruncle: This air hockey game stopped working properly 2 weeks after the boys started playing with it. It is very noisy now. I bought the extended warranty and after many calls they inform me I need to go to the company that manufactured it. How do I get a refund?

T Dougherty: Bought this based on positive review for my 7yr old son's Christmas present. It was easy to put together, it felt sturdy and of quality. Both and adults and kids were excited to play. Wish the fan was a little stronger as it didn't float the same way as a friend's older model functioned. Played about an hour the first day and less than an hour the second day. When we went to play for the 3rd time, the fan never turned back on. No signs of defect. Just won't turn on. Tried different plugs and outlet and tested other appliances in same outlet. Everything works except for the air hockey table. Wish there was a way to just get a fan replacement. But now we have to inconveniently disassemble this table and lug it to UPS for shipping. We don't even have a box big enough to put it in since the box was thrown out after we saw the family loved it.

ew: This was gifted to my 9 year old grandson for his birthday. I am really impressed with the sturdiness of the table for how much it cost. The air circulates well. The scoreboard adds to the fun of the game though it can be overly sensitive at times. Example if the puck gets stuck in the goal and you try to get it out with your fingers the scoreboard thinks it is another goal scored. We have discovered just elevating the one end of the table solves this problem. This table is worth the money spent. 1 1/2 years later we are still having a lot of fun with this air hockey table.

MathieuMathieu: Appréciation générale, très satisfait pour le prix !! Reçu rapidement et facile à assembler !
Par contre un coin de la table était déjà brisé lorsque reçu ! Très décevant quand tu t'attends à recevoir un item neuf en parfait état ! De plus, le sensor qui doit compter les buts fonctionne 1 fois sur 8 d'un côté.

Tony J: The table if fine, it is what it is for a kid's TOY. Don't expect exciting fast pace game like at Arcades or Midways; if your looking for that experience for your kids, then buy the real tables. The airflow is enough to move the puck around, however the paddles will not float. The electronic scoreboard will add points every time the puck gets stuck. Mine did not come with instructions, good thing I have a PhD at IKEA University, therefore I can build anything made out of compressed wood, and I am a certified internet electrician when it comes to attaching electronic components.

We had a hiccup on the first order it never came and I was so dissappointed since this was a gift for my 11 year old son for doing so well in homeschool due to Covid-19. This is the second ordered they replaced due to the fact I didn't get the first one. This one arrived pretty late, But we did two rounds ( it was to close to his bed time) We will have more fun with it tomorrow !! It took me about 35 minutes max to assembly it, Minus the fact I had to run to the store to get batters ( Triple AAA ) will be needed for the score board. I glanced at the instructions due to it being simple easy and we'll written. I'm waiting on a pool table to arrive and this will sit on top, for now its on the floor and we still had fun on the floor.

C.S.D,C.S.D,: Original 1 star review, 12/26/19. The left side of the LED Scorekeeper does not work out of the box on Christmas morning. I checked pins, batteries, and swapped plugs for right and left goal sensors, I isolated the problem to the scorekeeper. Contacted Amazon and they told me they could replace it in February (sold out I guess) I only have 7 days to return so the kids will be out of the game for 6 weeks. They can still keep score in their heads but defeats the purpose of the new set. I just don't know how this got through quality control not working.
I just need a new scorekeeper and then I would give this unit a much higher rating as my Kids love playing it!

Revised Review from one star to four 1/16/20 - Customer service did send me a new scorekeeper and it did work. I am giving this 4 stars for the customer service although the scorer was out of commission for 3 weeks after Christmas before I got the replacement.

Laura P.: Got this game for my family and I couldn’t be happier! I’ve been searching for a air hockey table for a while now (yes my kids love the game and so do I) but I keep running into two issues 1) I don’t have enough space for a standard sized table and/or 2) All the table top games I’ve had are either too small or are just made cheaply (yes I’ve ordered a few on Amazon and returned them). Rally and Roar Finally made one that fits what I was looking for.

The Pros
Assembly was very easy…took about 10 minutes out of the box and we were already playing
Product Looks great and is made of quality material. My family is going to abuse this thing and I thinking its going to hold up over time
Portable size to move around yet it’s large enough that you can have a competitive game. This is not a TOY, it’s a quality product
Air-Flow is solid. I’ve played on some of these where the puck doesn’t move very well but we have no problem with this version
Comes with everything you need. Scoreboard works great, pucks and pushers are all quality. Nothing else needed out of the box.
The Price! A standard sized air hockey table will run you anywhere between $700...
