Maria: This book was recommended by a friend so I added it it to a bunch of items I had sitting for a while in my basket. It’s one of those useful therapeutic journals that allows you to purge all those frustrated thoughts and process them in a productive way. The best part is that is asks you to see the silver lining of your current grievance and what you can learn from the experience, rather than hold it all in and let your problems take root.

Kate: Recipient very pleased with this book. It is what it says it is and provides an opportunity for venting in a productive way. Encourages expression of feelings and promotes "writing your feelings" which can only be a good thing. So far, so good.

Trina M: I bought quite a few books like these, for my just teen stepdaughter, after she was having issues at school. And this is the one she uses frequently and likes the most. It's a simple book and she thinks it funny, but it helps her to start Journaling for now and being able to express her emotions where she feels safe ❤️ So over all, i feel like this book is helpful for a teen to begin journaling.

Allegra: I actually bought this for myself just for fun. I thought for the price that it would be a fun outlet and the book itself is really cute. The pages do repeat themselves but it’s still fun to write in. In all honesty I don’t use it that often but I still think it would a fun gag or just cute gift for a friend! Would buy again!

Bianca C.: I bought this for my 22-year-old brother who has autism and PTSD. On top of the therapy and medication, he is taking, I wanted to get something else to help him with his anger issues. He had an accident 2 years ago and since then he's been having flashbacks and taking out his anger on objects like tables, TVs, and other electronics. On top of the autism and OCD, he's been having a hard time controlling the anger which is understandable. I got this for him for Christmas, and he was so happy! He was cracking up cause of the bad words, lol. I explained to him that whenever he is very angry or at around number 7-8, to use this. I love the fact that there are 2 pages, a venting page, and a positive page. He has used 2 pages already and I see that it did help him calm down a bit compared to before he would be in an angry mood for several days and I'd see another electronic being punched. When he used this the first time, he literally laughed the whole time writing in it. Hopely it will help the rest of the times he is mad😳

Beeg: Had a bad day, week, month or year? This is the place to let it all out. No, it might not be as fun an lighting an arrow on fire and shooting it into a effigy of something you hate that is doused in gasoline, but this is 1) much more fun and 2) has much more long term satisfaction and 3) unlike blowing something up in the real world which makes one hell of a mess, here you can vent, then let go and then vent again like 49 more times over. Small things, like naming the "###weed of the Day" can bring a smile to your face that no amount of alcohol could, short of you not wanting to feel your face, but this can help with that also as it has lots of direction to help steer your rage against the man or woman or machine that has pissed you off.
Plus it doesn't have to all be bad. This journal also has entry options for how you can make things better. It has lots of little boxes you can write in that cover a wide range of good and bad things and it's good to be directed in case your mind goes all zombie at the end of your day. The beauty here is that after you've let it out, after you've spewed all that vile crap the world buried you under onto a page, you have a variety of cute...
