Jessica Joseph: The wooden plank is very heavy and sags, the bolts won’t tighten all the way and keep loosening. Overall poorly made.

JBW: Our bird broke his swing, so we needed another. This was the best deal, so we bought it. Yes, it is a good deal. However, the swing is way too large. I kind of smooshed it so it was narrower and higher, but the beads on it are very large and terrified our bird. The bird refuses to perch on it. I would suggest a narrower swing with much smaller beads. As he needs them, we might bring a few of the other toys into his cage, but he is so terrified of that swing, that we’re not going to introduce the other toys until he calms down.

ForeverYOUNG: Came with the two photographed. One split branch, one larger and flat - came with 3 washers and 2 wing nuts. Only problem is that one of the wing nut fit the split branch - but the neither fit the larger, flat branch. Further. the larger branch was cut by a saw on the bottom - a mistake cut - looks awful. The smaller, split branch is ok. It is rough and will be somewhat hard to clean. Mom has a green cheeks conure - a tiny parrot. In any case, it was suggested I go to the hardware store to get a wing nut to fit. Only problem is, in these days, there isn't an open hardware store within 200 miles of me right now. I just pitched the branch. And I need to note that the selling agents have refunded my money and have said they are sending some other bird toys to make up for the mess up. That is nice - but I can't recommend the branches and while they are nice about it - I wouldn't purchase again - just my personal opinion.
