JR: My ac use to hang out the window, with all the weight
Of the ac on the window sash. If at anytime the sash gave out the ac would have fallen two stories to hit a car or worse a person. This little contraption eliminated all that worry. It was a little pricey, but worth every dime. Next summer I will be buying 3 more for my other ac s.

ND23: Works well, but using wood instead of plastic holders seem to work better for my situation.

Luke H.: Works great for my 18,500 BTU Frigidaire window A/C for my detached 2.5 car garage. Offset from the center by 3 inches like the instructions said because the compressor on my unit is on one side, making it heavier. I ended up having a little more of a downward sloping angle than suggested (the bubble is closer to my garage) but I wanted it more angled this way anyhow, to ensure drainage flows away from the building.
