SFP: Youtube has a good video of how the stopper works through the overflow. This goes with that type of drain stopper. I may have gotten the wrong thing as there a couple of different kinds of drains, but the link to Amazon was on the YouTube.

Jake M: About what you would expect for the price. The plate is pretty thin metal, the lever is very narrow, and a bit short, and the mechanism on the back seems not very sturdy. NOT junk, but I would not expect it to last decades either. Seems to work fine.

MiloMilo: The drain lever / overfill cover is nice but I wish it was better in two ways. First, this package did not come with a cotter pin, so I had to reuse the old one which is a pain. Cotter pins are pennies if that, and are a pain in the butt to get straight enough to feed back through the hole(s). I wish I pain the few extra cents to get the other brand which came with a new cotter pin.
Second, it might just be me but I don’t think the screws match the chrome color of the cover. I wish they matched a bit better.
Otherwise it fit perfectly and works great.

Amazon Customer: This face plate matches the original 1958 mounting screw holes, but the overall plate diameter is slightly smaller than its replacement. The bottom edges of the face plate are not smooth. The top surface is well finished.
