LAURA: Lo llevo usando unos días, y la verdad que genial.
Es fácil de tomar, solo una pastilla antes de acostarse con un vaso de agua y listo.

I’ve been taking them every night for the past 2 months and absolutely believe they are helping me to achieve my goal. Irene: Que no te engañen. Empecé keto sin tomar estas pastillas con una pérdida bastante buena y regular de peso Y controlando la cetosis con las tiras de otra marca. Cuando empecé a tomarme estas pastilla y la de por la noche, la bajada de peso se detuvo y el estado de cetosis bajó un poco pero me mantuve en cetosis. Las primeras noches que me tomé estas pastillas tuve un insomnio muy importante, a pesar de estar en cetosis ya un tiempo, y la marca encima diciendo que mejoran el sueño y la claridad mental. Por no mencionar el estreñimiento que tuve durante casi dos semanas.
Estuve un mes en el que solo perdí medio kilo, muy raro, mientras me tomaba estas pastillas y controlando macros y la calidad de los alimentos muchísimo. Probé a dejar estas pastillas puesto que ya estaba desesperada porque no bajaba ni 1 g y casualmente volví a bajar peso de la misma forma que al principio, progresivamente y a buen ritmo, tuve un sueño estupendo y volví a ir al baño todos los días como era habitual en mí antes de tomar estas pastillas.
