Juan Emmanuel Sanchez Guerrero: Compre estos walkie talkies como regalo de cumpleaños de mi hijo de 4 años, le gustaron mucho, compre el paquete de tres pero uno de los tres no funciona el botón de PTT, solo sirve para escuchar, no se si alguien me pueda ayudar a cambiar solo ese equipo ya los otros dos sirven bien y sería muy frustrante quitarle a mi hijo los tres.

Ann: These walkie talkies have lead to hours of fun for my daughter and her friends. However, they are not as durable as I would have liked. Part of the front of one of them was lost on the first day of play. Then one of the spots to clip a lanyard to, broke. Worst of all, one of the battery packs fell off (in tall grass) and was never found again. So, we are down to two working units instead of three. Furthermore, the instructions on how to use them were difficult to understand. There were a few times that they accidently got locked in a particular mode and it was challenging to figure out how to restore it. It was obvious that the person writing the instructions was not fluent with the English language. If you've got kids that are gentle on their toys, these are great. If not, look for something more durable.

E: These walkie talkies are for my son and I to use in the house. Reception quality is fine for our property but these by no means work down the block. I live somewhere that isn't flat so I can accept the loss of signal (these are just cheap toys). They worked well for about the first month. However now we are seeing some issues arise. The PTT button doesn't work all the time and it can be a pain to push down at times. This leads to communication being temperamental at times due to the button not registering when you push it and not clicking when you push it. We are only a month in so I had hoped that we wouldn't be encountering any issues just yet but hey, like I said they are just cheap toys which in reality were a little cheaper than even I expected. If you just have an event in mind for a day or weekend these would work great but after daily use they aren't able to hold up to the test of time.
EDIT - After leaving my previous review ^^^ the sellers got in contact with me and reminded me what customer service is! They apologized for the issues with the PTT button and offered a choice of refund or replacement walkie talkies. My son and I enjoy them so I opted for the...
