The Juice: I have been taking this for almost a month. The smell is horrible but I now mix it with chopped watermelon 🍉 and it smells and taste great. I haven't noticed any changes in me but I was using golden sea moss before trying this one. Well I haven't gotten sick but its the start of cold and flu season, we will see

ReeseReese: I bought it raw and prepared the gel myself. Turned out perfect. Only thing is I researched that raw seamoss should not have moisture or appear to have a lot of salt. That's exactly how I received it but, it also smelled and taste very fishy which is what I was also told should take place with real sea moss. so Im going to try it and hope it's the real deal and helps my health. So update: love this product. I have felt the difference in the weeks I have been taking it. More energy and since I been taking it my numbness and tingling in my hands and feet have improved tremendously. Be careful tho because it will make you want to take more then the recommendation of dose. lol..I was taking two spoon fulls but will be dialing back to one spoonful. Great product.

There are 104 "VITAL" nutrients that the body needs to function properly on a DAILY basis and sea moss contains 92 of them in high levels. That right there is worth the price of admission folks! I tried this gel that my son was buying from a small business. It was this lumpy jelly that tasted unpleasant and made me gag when I tried to take it. It wasn't so pleasant to get down. I decided to get my own raw sea moss and make my own gel. I'm so glad I did. I soak the raw sea moss in purified, alkalized and ph'd water for 36 hours. Then I rinse it thoroughly several times to get the sea salts off. Then I add the raw sea moss, organic coconut water, organic blueberries, strawberries, raspberries pomegranate and agave to my Vitamix blender. You need plenty of liquid as a lubricant to get the sea moss and fruit to break down to a jelly-like consistency. The liquid also helps the blade and motor break the thick sea moss and fruit down. One thing to note: the boiling instructions on the back are incorrect you will definitely need more water or it will be very thick almost like jello
