K B: The cat approved of this food. I purchased it due to a higher protein content then most other cheaper foods. My vet claims that cats will eat less when their protein need is met, so cheaper food with less protein and more filler just means more poop in the litter box for no good reason. I like this food and the cat hasn’t complained and eats it right up. However, to me, this is expensive. If she just eats one can per day it over $500/year. And she also has dry food. For comparison the protein powder (also expensive) I buy for me doesn’t cost that much per year! But… she’s spoiled rotten and she’s happy and I guess that’s all that matters!
