lottilotti: I ordered 6 stacks of these 24x6 144 cans. Unfortunately UPS doesn't care what's inside and instead of bending down to place it at your door they'll drop it, that one drop will make some of them explode, then you'll be stuck washing all the cans. So a little advice, keep the orders quantity low.
The product is good 5 stars, it's the carrier I have a problem with.

BeeBee123: My cats love this food and it was more convenient for me to order this heavy package via Amazon then lug it from my car into my house. The box arrived undamaged from the company warehouse but when I opened the package there was rancid cat food spilled out from the damaged cans. Exterior box was okay so that means the cat food warehouse workers were throwing the cans around and then they put the damaged cans in the box. Very disappointed. Was refunded for damaged cans, but not risking it again.
