NJay: I am pleased with the scent of the item. It is moisturising without being too greasy. It is very hard to scoop out. I understand that it is unrefined but would have preferred for it to be a bit easier to scoop out.

AJ: This is by far the BEST cocoa butter I've ever used. I have used various cocoa butter for years and this I must say caught me by the surprise. Yes, it's rock hard but simply put it under a blow dryer for a couple seconds and it will turn to oil!!!

It keeps my skin very soft and moisturizers my skin without the leaving it looking and feeling oily.

Scent wise. I love. Not too strong and truly smells like cocoa butter. Don't pass on this one!

CarolineCaroline: I loved the scent but sadly on me it does tend to fade, however it absorbs into the skin fast leaving your skin feeling soft and moisturized. When you open it you will smell a rich dark chocolate nutty aroma. I had to melt it in the microwave to get it to easily speard on my skin I also used it to straighten and curl my 4c/4b hair with BTZ heat protectant and it made it feel like silk. So over all I will give it 4 stars.

Marian BostwickMarian Bostwick: Most people dislike the fact that the product is solid. It’s solid because it’s pure Cocoa Butter with no additives to make it creamy. My skin is SO much nicer since I’ve been using this morning and night. I’ve found that putting it in the sink while bathing liquifies it. I have a trick because that takes too long and the plastic becomes bowed and won’t stay in the bottom of the sink. Find a glass jar with a metal lid that’s about 2” high and 2” across. See photo. The glass jar also stays on the bottom of the sink. I used to have to put a quart bottle full of water to hold the plastic jar down. Bathe the original jar until you see liquid around the sides, then pour off the liquid butter into the glass jar. You might need to do that twice with new hot water to get enough in your glass jar. It’s best if the jar is wide enough to dip your fingers into. Glass heats in just a few minutes. It lasts really well so I’ve only had to do that once so far, even though I use it on my face twice daily and my hands frequently. I recommend this for anyone. I put the jar in the sink with pure hot water when I step out of the bath and by the time I have finished my after bath...
