Tracey Stevens: I basically bought this to eat and use in my food, it’s extremely light and delicious and it’s my first time using non-refined , 100 percent pure coconut oil vs refined. Huge difference. Although expensive I think this is excellent for skin or hair as well as it’s lighter than any other oil and feels great on skin. The smell is superb! Fresh and delicious

KC: I was hoping for more of the coconut scent. However, I don't have much experience with coconut oil. It does have a very slight coconut scent but more of a cooking oil scent. I tried putting essential oils in it to make it smell better but it doesn't seem to do much good. On a side note it feels great on your skin but don't expect it to smell good. I even tried putting more essential oil scent in mine and it didn't help. I just don't want to keep wasting all my essential oil trying to make this coconut oil smell better. I'm buy pretty good quality and pretty pure essential oils and I have probably put 8 to 10 drops of pure essential eucalyptus oil and lemongrass oil per 7 oz of this coconut oil with no change in scent. It's almost like the coconut oil is canceling out the scent of the essential oils. Baffling. Haven't had any problem with my essential oils providing a scent to anything else but this coconut oil. Very weird. I really wanted to like this coconut oil because it was a large size for the money. I wasn't expecting it to be as large as it was. I just wish I could make it smell better. But as I stated, it doesn't seem to matter how much essential oil I add, it doesn't...

Norma Dizon: I like it because i used to buy it in a pail but now i do not know where to get it, lost contact and this was a spur of the moment based on description. It was good except it was smaller than the botyle i used to buy from Costco a long time ago. And since I am homebound now, even if this is smaller for its price, i hope it will be a good one for everything i need for it. I have not used it yet but i am happy because it came from my country, the Philippines. Hope i will not be disappointed when i start cooking with it. Christy R.: The media could not be loaded.  Omg this stuff is soooooo GOOD!!! I never write review but I had to for this stuff I’m SO happy with it! I recently damaged my nail beds oops and have been doing all the things to help them I recently heard about apple cider vinegar soaks for hands and feet using ACV and coconut oil…at first I went to Walmart and just bought organic coconut oil unrefined but learned that isn’t the best coconut oil for skin but actually cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil is so I read reviews and decided on this company…WOW!!! What a DIFFERENCE in so many ways…first of all I can compare both coconut oils and this one is not yellow when melted it is clear! It SMELLS INCREDIBLE AND mixed with sugar it TASTES AMAZING TOO 😂 (I also LOVE sugar hand and lip scrubs) decided to also use this oil to make my own homemade sugar scrub instead of paying a lot more for one that isn’t even natural and might not even use a good quality oil and oh my god this is embarrassing but I was licking my fingers when using it on my hands (mixed only with sugar) as a hand scrub…it was awesome self care and a snack too…it was just a few FEW licks HA HA HA!!! Lincoln: I'm very strict with my diet. I eat only organic foods, practice CRON (calorie restriction with optimal nutrition), eat minimal carbs and lots of nutrients. I've tested 7 brands of organic coconut oil -- Nature's Way, Nutiva, Spectrum Naturals, Bronner's, Ziggy Marley Organics, VivaLabs, and 2 small scale raw food companies. Nature's Way and VivaLabs are the best so far.

The aroma of Nature's Way and VivaLabs both are wonderful. The texture is much fuller than the other brands. This coconut oil has bolder taste and less watered-down feeling than the other brands. I know that the way coconut oil (and all oils for that matter) is processed is very important. Better processing methods preserve more nutrients, increase the natural flavor and aroma, and improved digestibility.
