The ad says 1 pill per day. The bottle says 2 per day. Neither says what time of the day or to take with liquid or food. I've been taking 2 per day for 5 weeks. Absolutely zero impact. Completely useless and a waste of money. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Buyer beware!!!
