Mauro: Since I use this milk, no more cramps, no more problems. I love it so much I can't get used to cow milk again. And no.. I don't work for silk nore I get paid to say these. My sugar lowered 20% just by drinking this milk alone... Sending you a hug Silk guys!! Keep it up my unknown friends!
