kyle: have 2 cats that are almost 2 years old. one is normal sized and it fits him just fine, the other is SLIGHTLY chonkier and it doesn't fit her. don't recommend unless your cat is small

Janet Morgan: I bought two harnesses from PupTeck for our two cats. I was pleased with the quality of both. One was a medium size red, the second a small pink one. The red one fit our larger cat well but the pink one was too small for our other cat. The red one was about $17, the pink one was twice as much for some reason - $35. The small more expensive one is not returnable but the red one is returnable. Why??

M-A Melbourne: too big for my kitten so hung into to it. now that he’s grown 4.1kg to 5kg (he was on a diet) fits well. would still suit much larger cat as i have settings on tightest. the clip lock is still loud eg butt velcro around his neck keeps him secure. note that cat can still sometimes wriggle out if not tightened enough and not keeping an eye on him.

Suzy: Tried other products, but they were just a hair too small for my cat (12-14 lbs, large body structure). This one fits with space to adjust. I don't love the engineering around the neck, the strap end on one side is too long. but again, this is a dog harness. I think if I trim the end and stitch it closed, it might be better. Idk. It works and seems reasonably comfortable for him!

NewClassic Mel: Dogs aren’t the only ones who like to go out!
My kitties like to chase things, and climb the screened patio, and run around and act a fool. Sometimes, I just want them to burn some energy elsewhere. I know we’re not used to the idea of walking cats, but why not do it? They have 4 legs, a nose, and like to poke at things too! You can, as long as you, the human, alter your expectations about what a walk means to a kitty.
Basically, you’re just there to get dragged around or stand still at the cat’s pleasure and on their timeline. The only purpose of a leash is to keep their faithful servant (you) close to them. Don’t expect much, that’s all I’m sayin.
This vest is great. It’s secure, it fits both my chubster and the skinny one despite their size differences, and it’s a nice soft material. They don’t choke on it even when they pull, and they haven’t been able to wiggle out of it yet, and they try! The only thing I don’t like is the stretchy leash. It seems like a good idea until the cat goes running off unexpectedly and the only thing keeping you attached to your little sweetie is a thin piece of elastic that is stretching and stretching...

SnarkyTexanSnarkyTexan: We adopted Mo and knew he would be indoor only. However, he wants to go everywhere we go. So I set into finding a harness to allow him to come outside with us. I chose this one because "escape-proof" and it looks like it wouldn't harm him.
First, it is NOT escape-proof. We put this halter on him and set him on a tie out to allow him free range while hanging out with us. The 3rd time we put it on him we had stepped in the house to grab food for grilling. We come back to find an empty halter on the end of his lead. WTF. We frantically search our yard and find that he had ducked out in our garage. We were surprised he went inside instead of going off exploring. But we were even more surprised to find he had ESCAPED the "escape-proof" halter. We found out later that he can slip out of it by pulling backward with the leash on him. It slips right off of him like a T-shirt. So now we make sure he is calm and never left alone while in the harness. Not even to step inside for a bathroom break.
Second, it is snug. I took measurements of Mo to make sure I bought the correct size. I bought the medium size based on measurements. I wish I had gone with the large. The medium fits...

Shannon: We have one athletic kitty and one chonk. I got the large and extra large. They hold the kitties really well and are so easy to put on and take off, but are definitely escape proof. Highly recommend.
