Deanna R.: Love it. It is wide enough that my cookbooks do not fall over. I keep them on top of my refrigerator and every time I moved the fridge the book ends that I had came sliding out. Not these!! They were on back order and I had to wait for them to come back in stock. Well worth the wait!

It's adjustable so you can change the size according to how much you need, I currently have it on the smallest possible size to store notebooks at my desk.

Betty-Anne Complin: I have four of these book ends. I like that I can use them on my desk and not have things fall over but they could be improved. They stretch out well but are a little light weight which gives them a flimsy feel. I have placed a small piece of cork under each end to prevent them from moving which has helped a great deal. Over all they work well.

Lily: Smaller than expected (but its my fault for not checking the size), and I was worried how well it would hold my notebooks. Turns out its the perfect size, I was even able to stretch it a bit more and put some video games
