Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: I got this cover for my new propane fire pit table. It keeps the fire pit dry when it rains. Fits great with a little extra room. The cover was black when I hit it and it’s now gray so it faded quite a bit. The fire pit is only in the sun for half the day, it’s shaded the other half. If you don’t mind the discoloration, it’s a good product otherwise.

none: This firepit cover fit great over a square firepit we had purchased separately. The only issue I have is that after only a few months, it has severely faded and gotten really worn by the weather and sun in Florida. I have a black grill cover that never gets faded from the sun and I assumed this cover would be similar but it isn't. Looks old and gray now instead of keeping it's black color and sharp appearance.

Emipin: I received the cover on time, it came very well packaged, the included storage bag is appreciated, that will keep the cover if you want to store it.
It doesn't feel "cheap", I feel the product receive has a very good overall quality.

The good:
It fits very good in my 28" square fire pit.
Buckle straps in opposite corners, that's a good idea to keep it in place.
Including "corner protectors" is a great idea, this has been an issue with other covers used in the past, this definitely will prevent rips at the corners.

The opportunities:
The corner protectors keep falling off, so I used double sided tape to keep them in place, that solved my issue. If these protectors come with preinstalled tape, it would be a perfect solution to prevent rips, I don't mind doing it myself, I did it and now they are secured.
The bottom drawstring is not working for me, I ran out of time and will try to pull it off the fire pit, maybe it just need some movement inside to run "free", I don't see a mayor issue with this, but you could experience this at the initial setup, not a mayor issue to me, just a heads up.

At this point I can't comment about water resistance...
