Grotto: I've been using these for about 3 months now. I've been doing a lot of balancing exercises, calisthenics and yoga type stances - I really just need one typically. It's pretty straight forward, but works great. It's a little tight for doing dips for someone taller, you might need your feet up on a chair behind you.

Pat: It was super easy to put together. It does have a pretty big footprint in my space, but I’m using it constantly to stretch out my lower back. I literally place them on either side of me while working at my sit/stand desk and get a stretch while my computer saves or loads.

Anon: Very solid, very stable with the connector piece. Really like the thickness of the bar, feels very nice to grip. Didn't think I would use the little connector piece to link the stands together but it was quite helpful actually. I don't think I'd call it easy or necessarily quick to adjust on the fly mid-workout but once it's together there's zero play between the parts. I suspect if you had some quick-adjust attachments you'd have to sacrifice that solid connection.

Worth the money.

Francisco: Viene en una caja compacta y pesa como unos 5 kilos. Me sorprendí al momento de ver los materiales, son muy buenos y la pintura es excelente. El instructivo solo dice qué viene dentro de la caja pero no existen instrucciones tal cual de armado, sin embargo, es intuitivo. Te toma unos 10 minutos máximo armar el equipo. En el instructivo vienen las fotografías que de dicen qué ejercicios básicos se pueden realizar. Voy a disfrutar mucho este equipo.

Dájah: It’s very nice but when I received it it was missing screws and UPS wasn’t trying to delivery it.

It took about 3 tries and after calling customer service for them to finally deliver it.

When I did receive it the box was broken and tore open.

I was able to put it together and find some screw at Home Depot. Had for over a year now

J: If I'd had this dip station as a kid, I wouldn't have broken my arm from enthusiastically swinging between the backs of the dining room chairs and the back of the couch like a tiny hyperactive monkey after school.

Needless to say I'm an adult now (kind of) and learned my lesson well about the questionable stability of dining chairs for the sake of acrobatics back then.

I bought the "Lite" Dipping Station version. Despite the listed weight capacity of up to 400lbs, I wasn't sure if this would be sturdy enough to handle my heavy body weight so I really hestitated between this one and other ones, but I've had it for about 3 months now; it's still trucking same as it did on day one.

This is a good one. It doesn't adjust up/down like some stations, but instead is basically two heavy duty bars connected to the bottom parts. I think that's what makes it so solid. It's very few pieces, and a lot of good heavy soldering where they connect. I'm glad I got this one instead of the kind that might "adjust down" on me unexpectedly while I'm using it. It's weird that an item named "lite" seems better to me than one named "pro"..? but... whatever. They're completely different...
