PARDHA PANCHANANAM: I bought this to shave head completely. As soon as I did few inches in the back, the long hair got stuck around the stem of it and it stopped. It took almost several hours to clean it. During the process, one of the two leads on the side that holds the blade slipped off place. Right now it is not usable. I am hoping to get this fixed. If I had known what I should not be doing (do's and don'ts), I would have been careful. I thought of returning it but I have much bigger problems at home and this is lot lower on my priority list. Hope this review helps someone
