Premium Gentleman Beard Care Kit - Shampoo & Conditioner

Aaron Ensminger: Love the conditioner it makes my beard very soft. The shampoo is good,maybe it’s just me or how beard shampoos are supposed to work but it doesn’t feel AS clean as a normal shampoo on your regular hair. But, again it’s different hair and a “full” beard is new to me. Over all I love it best I’ve tried this far no plans to change.

Tets2222: I expected bottles twice this size for 45$. The shampoo is ok, but the conditionner is really good and hydrate your beard well.

Ill try other brands, but i might come back, in the future!

Lin: This is my first beard wash tried so keep that in mind.

Pros:
- the scent is slightly peppermint / fresh smell but not overpowering (from the tea tree oil)
- easy two-product system
- small bottles don’t overcrowd shower and fit in our shower caddy’s shampoo dispenser holes
- leaves hair feeling clean but not totally stripped down after use
-can’t speak to claims of improved growth or softness for JUST this product, but generally, my beard has been softening, growing predictably, isn’t all dried out and can be straightened.
-minimal packaging

Cons:
- I was unaware of the scent of the tea tree oil, no scent mentioned on the packaging. This really shouldn't be a "Con" per se, but the impression I got was that it would be "scentless." In reality, this is a "fragrance-free" product and means they have not added any additional scents, but the scent of the natural ingredients is still there. Tea tree oil is a very mild and pleasant smell in case you are unfamiliar with it.

Alexander R. Todd: I bought this after trying a few other brands just to see what else is on the market and I have to say I was not impressed with the wash itself. It is very watery and I needed quite a bit to feel like I'm covering my entire beard (which isn't all that big). And even then it didn't feel like I was getting everything all the way down to the skin. I guess I'm more of a gel kind of guy and this was just a bit too watery for my taste. It felt clean afterwords, so I can't count too much off, but it just isn't for me.

For the beard wash, I would refer to Viking Revolution. That has got to be the best wash I have used in all of my trials so far. It is perfect and not a lot is needed to get a good lather all over the beard.

However, the reason for 4 stars is because the conditioner is perfect. Where as a lot of other conditioners, you need a good amount to feel like you get everything, this is the reverse of the wash. You really don't need all that much to get your entire beard. So I'm very happy with the conditioner portion. Just wish the wash had more consistency to it.

All in all, not bad. But I probably will stick with Viking Revolution.

Dariel: Die Produkte wirken super! Nachdem man sich damit den Bart wäscht fühlt er sich direkt weicher und geschmeidiger an. Am besten 2x wöchentlich benutzen. Weiß jedoch nicht ob es möglich ist, dass der Bartwuchs dadurch angeregt wird. Danke!

É il mio primo acquisto ma direi che deterge bene lo shampoo e ammorbidisce altrettanto bene la barba il balsamo ed il profumo di entrambi é gradevole anche se tenue,, Quando proverò altri prodotti potrò dare un parere più incisivo ma per il prezzo a cui é venduto lo consiglio vivamente,, Ottimi venditore e amazon; il prodotto é arrivato integro ed in anticipo!!

The Fenders: Just came in yesterday, but so far I really like the scents. Will update this in a couple weeks to give better feedback.

Edit: I didn't notice right off the bat this was suppose to be for Thickening/Growth.For that I can't give this product 5 stars. I purely bought it as a beard wash that would be less harsh than traditional shampoos.

That said - I'm working on my 5th month of growth and this shampoo + conditioner does a nice job of cleaning my beard without stripping too many oils. I wash with this product about 2 times a week, more if my beard gets dirtier than normal but a simple rinse usually suffices between shampoos. I do also use a homemade beard oil after my shower as well, which i'm sure adds to the softness of my beard.

If you are looking for a good shampoo, then I do recommend this shampoo. If you're looking for a growth gimmick, I don't. I believe genetics play a vital roll in that aspect, though exercise and healthy living can help you grow a beard a little more quickly and have it be healthier. (as well as drinking plenty of water.)

One thing I will say - get a beard brush. I bought a boar bristle brush and I have noticed a big improvement...

Kipp: Let me just dive in this review. First things first. I gotta recommend this product to anyone that has or will grow out their beard mane. With that being said. The delivery was on point and received this shampoo and conditioner in 2 days so points on that. The smell of them is really great you can tell that the makers of this took time to engineer this so beard growers will actually enjoy this.. I have never used a beard shampoo and conditioner prior to this but let me just say that this left me in a state of awe. The way your beard feels during and after using this whether sink or shower it just feels really great that your bears is being taken care of without worry about toxins from regular shampoos. First day I got this I was really looking forward to try this out I got home from my shift at work and I am a robot welding operator for a transformer manufacturing facility so without saying anything else. I get really dirty and greasy. So I jump in get my face wet and apply the shampoo wah it out and following the conditioner. I loved the feeling that it gave. I didn't feel a time going or anything like that I just felt it like a deep cleaning on my face which left my beard...
