Chris Garcia: I am giving this a 5 star because the issues I have with this are just nit picky things and don't matter overall. I will be replacing the plate it comes with because that's a disaster so I will be using a stainless steel grill instead. The heating bowl itself is really easy to clean which is honestly why I got this, as the pull out pan air fryer's are more of a "hassle". The perfect size and easy to use, with some adjustments to the cooking tray this will be a daily staple (Carnivore diet).

I have to mention POWERXL's customer service is AWESOME. I got 2 other air fryers before this one that didn't work out for what my situation is, and their customer service is among the best I've ever received. The refunds were pretty much instant so no fear buying with this company.

S. Adv: So my oven broke. Luckily, I have a very talented husband who can fix it.
But the parts are on back order.
So I got this little thing to get us by.
And I am so happy I did!
This thing is awesome! So far, I've made baked salmon, roasted turkey breast, bacon 3X, fried lumpia, meatballs, roasted chicken, a pineapple upside down cake, a German chocolate cake, garlic bread and home made pretzels. Everything turned out perfectly so far! And it's super easy to clean up too. We live in south Florida and it's hot hot, hot all the time. With this bad boy I can cook things just as well as my oven but in less time and it doesn't heat the house up. Get one! Get your Mom or wife one! Get your college student one! It's super terrific!
I love mine! I also got insurance on it, just in case. But I've used it daily since we got it on August 8, and so far, no problem.
Now I am spoiled and won't live without one! If it breaks I'm getting another one for sure!

david cook: Purchased mine 9 months ago and it has been flawless. Parts are easy to clean, most of the time wipe clean because I am cooking something in a foil pan, etc.. Occasionally I get messy with a meal so rather than fight it, I put some water in it, let it soak and it all release and wipes out a few minutes later. I love to do my buffalo wings, chicken quarter's, sausages and hamburger meat meals in it. (I.e., IE stuffed bell peppers, etc) Tatar tots come out crispy and tasty and that is without any Pam sprayed on them. Very versatile, I use to bring it from the pantry when I wanted to use it but now it stays on the countertop because I use it every day! Baking, air frying and general cooking, It actually cooks very fast because it warms up quickly. It is great for nachos, they come out perfect, on foil for no mess. Would definitely purchase again.

Corinne Flynn: and more. I have cooked with it every day since I got it. I was able to take my huge crockpot and air fryer off of my counter. Really quiet when air frying, which is a bonus. Definitely buy one.

frankie323: I upgraded from the standard pull out bucket type air fryer to this. This unit does work great but there are some cons to consider before purchasing (and some pros that I will list at the end).

1. Because of the style (lid lifts up instead of pulling bucket out) you must have high clearance above the unit to use properly. The lid does not stay up unless it is all the way up. You need at least 2' clearance from countertop to the bottom of your upper cabinets (and 2' is just barely enough).
2. Also because of the style, "shaking" your food being air fried is not a simple task. The inside is a square bucket with a small lip around the edge (no handle). You have to pick the bucket up and out of the unit to shake the food. This is not easy to do with that small lip wearing oven mitts or gloves.
3. The damn beeping. Holy heck the beeping is very annoying. Haven't found a way to tamp it down or turn it off yet but I would pay good money to be able to. Every button push, every slight turn of the knob, emits a crazy loud beep. So doing your settings for whatever you're cooking will sound about 15 loud beeps. And heaven help you if you need to change your cook...
