Busky3: Runs like a bear but a cable snapped off so the drive does not work. NO PARTS available online, customer service hold time is about 6 minutes and they drop your call if they don't drop the call I have been on for over a hour and still no picked up my calls. As I wright this on I am on hold for 1:44:22 this sucks. Finally a
made contact through the message center and had the part I needed in a a few days via FEDEX. 20 mins to change out the cable and I am a happy mower again. I like the mower and now know how to get in contact with them it has me changing from 1 star to 5

Dr. Willie. Foster, Sr., Ph.D.: Awesome engine but all of the parts are very cheap and will break within the first use!!
ie; the grass shoot, the pull cord guide / holder, wheels are plastic , not rubber. !!

J: I purchased this particular lawn mower because it looked heavy duty and was self propelled. I have a large lawn (about half an acre) and wanted a self propelled lawn mower. I have only had it for 4 months and the self propelled feature has stopped working.
Update: I was using the lawn mower on the front yard when the brackets that held the gas tank on broke off after I duct taped it back on I continued (I only had a small area left) the engine welds broke (all of them). My lawn is flat. The lawn mower is a complete piece of junk and a waste of money!! I was given a $57.00 refund and a promise that they would find a service center to fix it but as of today they just keep saying "please be patient" I am out of patience and out several hundred dollars. I only give it one star because I cant go lower. One star is 100% more than they deserve

Donna: This works so good! I have to cut 1.25 acres, and it’s hilly in spots, obstacles, and then some straightaways. Handles all with ease. I’m little and can maneuver it pretty well. I can get it all done in about 1.5 hours and it use to take me about 3-4 with a regular push mower, and I am not as tired when done. The self propelled function works so well, I love it. Sooo easy. The only problem I had was the side chute, it has plastic tab’s the door locks down on to keep the chute open. The first day I used it busted the tab’s. But fixed it using large zip ties. It has stayed on several months now. That’s the only problem I had. It came basically assembled, easy to finish set up. Did it by myself. I would definitely recommend this mower.
