Mike Veal: Do not buy this product if you expect it to last longer than a year. My mower stopped starting after about a year of use. I tried calling both toll-free numbers on their website, only to be put on hold by the automated system for almost 20 minutes before being hung up on. Multiple times this happened. They also do not return e-mails. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PRODUCT OR COMPANY!!!

WI, LLC: 1 week after using this mower the protective rubber flap, located at the rear of the mower, fell off. 2 weeks later, the left rear wheel fell off and will no longer stays on. The mower is a lemon and is unsafe. I tried to contact PowerSmart's customer support via their website's support form and had no response. I also tried to contact PowerSmart's customer support via their phone number, was stuck on hold for hours, and had no contact with any actual person. I will never buy a product from this company again.

Amazon Customer: I purchased this lawnmower for my husband for his birthday a little over a year ago. It had a three year warranty, which was one of the reasons I purchased it after one year. The plastic wheels on their split in half the lawnmowers only use four months out of the year. Customer service is horrible you can’t get a hold of them and then when you do they tell you they’ll send new wheels out just pick the part number well this has been going on for weeks and still they have not responded to me so if you’re looking for customer service support, this is not the lawnmower for you! You will not get any help from customer service and you can forget about the warranty. It means nothing. Here’s the kicker I own their snowblower. I will never buy another one from this company again. That is the only reason I bought this junk of a lawnmower. All I was asking for them is to replace these plastic wheels and I do mean plastic wheels. There is absolutely no support from this company, and again quarantine means nothing to them.

Brent Bilyeu: Would not recommend this mower! I now have about 5 hours of use and things are just falling apart. The plastic flap on the back that keeps the grass and debris from being blown back at you completely fell off as it’s held with cheap plastic clips. The handle has become loose because one of the cotter pins holding it on snapped off. It also backfires and slightly smokes when starting it at times. This is all after only 5 hours of use on a flat smooth yard.
