Rick: Works better than I thought it would. I did not need to tap anything over powder coating in threads; I just turned a screw through each hole prior to assembly. Do people really re-tap with a die for paint? Just buy it...

JS: Bought 3 sets for the cost of 1 pre-made. Defiantly use at least 3/4 inch plywood and for heavier machines build a 2x4 frame and mount the ply to that. Great for small shops were your foot print is not large enough for all your equipment to be permanently stationed.

sastocky: I bought a set of these to make my full size table saw and drill press mobile. I used 3/4" Plywood as a sturdy base. I would say it took 30 minutes to assemble each set including cutting the plywood. Very easy.

The only complaint is that they are extremely low to the ground which makes it hard to roll out of my garage where there is a 1" lip. But, It can be done. The manufacturer does this to keep a low profile and make their product more stable, which is very stable.

Amazon Customer: Product was as expected but instructions were poor. Parts were difficult to see in instruction and some parts had changed apparently since publication. With a little thought and effort I was still able to assemble the quality product but could have been easier.

M. Ehle: Once you get it assembled, it works as advertised. The instructions call for lock washers, but there are none. The nuts are nylocks, so no need anyway. The paint on the threaded holes makes for a little tough going when assembling the parts onto the plywood. An M8 tap would help if you have one. I made mine with 3/4 Baltic Birch so it's sturdy but I doubt that It will hold 400lbs, but for my application (Delta 6x48 belt sander) it works well Tip: Sand the corners off your plywood just enough so the parts can fit without rocking - there is a little weld bead inside the corner that interferes with the fit. This makes locating the holes more accurate for drilling.

Drew: I needed to make a very iron router table move able around my small workshop. It had splayed legs whose dimensions were larger than any of the off the shelf wheeled bases. This solution allowed me to make a wheeled base to the exact size I needed using plywood. The weight of the router table is on the wheels so not too much strain on the plywood. Bonus is that you get a storage shelf if you need it with the plywood base.

Käufer: Die Möglichkeit meine Kreissäge mobil zu machen ist ein absoluter Gewinn!
Ich war, ehrlich gesagt, ziemlich skeptisch was diese Eckenlösung betrifft, bin aber nun begeistert!
Das System ist simpel, leicht zu montieren und alles daran wirklich massiv und durchdacht.
Ich habe eine 10mm Multiplex Platte als Unterbau verwendet und die Kreissäge, EB 250 PK, lässt sich problemlos überall hinschieben und steht, abgesenkt, bombenfest und in Waage.
Zur Halbarkeit der Rollen kann ich noch nichts sagen, denke aber bei meinem Werkstattboden, OSB-Platte geschliffen, sollten die ewig halten... wer fährt schon stundenlang seine Maschinen spazieren ;-)

mr a.: Well made and for the money no complaints. All threaded sections in the base worked fine, options of two lengths of fixing bolts a nice surprise. Only had to ream out two holes for rubber feet. I added some extra washers to fixed wheels and foot levers to reduce the play a bit and it wasn’t much of a fiddle to do this, but some may disagree. I may end up putting some extra rubber pads on the swivel wheel corners to help increase grip as expect in time the smaller rubber feet may wear on my concrete floor but all in all impressed. I’ll probably buy another .

Mikael Högberg: Well built smart solution for moving machines etc. Nice that there are multiple options to place the wheels so that the levers can be placed where they aren't too much in the way. A bit pricy and needs some adjustments when mounting on thick base sheets.
