I have had this brand Plantronics and style since they released it but it’s a shame how the price was doubled for a refurbished one. The last one I bought before this one was $33.76 here on Amazon August 2021 and now a refurbished one is $85.00 explain that.

lem: It’s the best I’ve ever tried. I’ve tried others that I keep giving away. This one is amazing. Battery life is very good, sound ver clear, easy buttons, easy answering button, same as calling back. The ear piece fits perfectly and it doesn’t come out, ever. It connects to to cell phones at the same time.

Steve2121: I have been using Plantroics headsets for over 15-years, and over last five or six, quality has gone downhill considerably in both speaker buzzing and VERY poor battery performance. Unfortunately, other brands have given me fitting problems and the like, which has nothing to do with their performance, but I couldn’t use them. Last four Plantronics headsets I bought all had speaker buzz distortion as well as batteries that didn’t perform close to what device recording stated: On startup it reported “…Call time remaining Six hours, phone one connected,” but I was lucky to get three and a half. Previous headsets did not perform well, so it was obvious to me QC was extremely poor, and I didn’t need the aggravation, although I did need a hands free headset that fit, so I kept buying Plantronics for lack of alternative.

This model is a step up for whatever reason, and although it has a little buzz at high volume, it’s not bad enough to distort voices like those previously. Battery is back to a reasonable quality and after close to three month’s use is still performing well. I had one phone conference the other day on a fresh charge, which ran one...

Amazon Customer: I bought this Bluetooth for my sister as she has never owned one before, why?, I will never understand, lol. She now owns this one and is extremely happy with it. She has discovered what the rest of us already know, she can use her hands now while she talks on the phone! Lol. It has great sound quality and is not too heavy while in my ear. I will always buy the Plantronics earpieces as I have had the best luck with these, than any of the others. I have tried several over the years some are too heavy or too long and pull down in my ear and hurt my ear. This one is a little over an1 inch long and fits comfortably in our small ears. The battery life is excellent and lasts anywhere from 7-11 hours, depending on which one you purchase. I am extremely happy with any of my Plantronics purchases. I already own 3 of the 500s series and now I am into the this series.

Kindle Customer: Gut für unterwegs zum Telefonieren.

Die Verbindung erfolgt über Bluetooth und sollte mit einem entsprechenden Mobiltelefon problemlos funktionieren. Ich hatte damit keine Probleme. Es kann meines Erachtens aber nur ein Gerät verbunden werden.
Die Bedienung über Tasten klappt ganz gut. Anrufe können schnell angenommen / beendet werden.
Das Headset ist zudem recht klein und leicht. Ich finde, es trägt sich sehr angenehm, auch über eine längere Zeit.

Was mich allerdings stört: Spätestens nach einer halben Stunde ist die Stimme des Gesprächspartners stark verzerrt zu hören. Schaltet man das Headset aus und wieder an, ist die Sprachqualität wieder okay.

Cliente Amazon: Tuve un Plantronics modelo EITE16 durante varios años (que, lamentablemente, extravié) y no me dio ningún problema.
Este modelo, sin embargo, a las 48 de uso perdió la conexión con el móvil mientras escuchaba un vídeo de música de youtube y no hubo manera de restablecer la conexión bluetooth ni apagando y encendiendo el auricular o el móvil, ni quitando el dispositivo de la lista bluetooth y volviendo a añadirlo... Nada, el teléfono no reconocía el auricular ni a tiros. Al día siguiente volví a intentarlo y sí funcionó. De esto hace un mes. Espero que no vuelva a comportarse así en el futuro, porque si no vaya porquería de aparato... 91 euros tirados a la basura.

Mike E.: For some of us, in-ear buds are very uncomfortable. These give you the option to only be partially in-ear (it sounds weird, but basically they are held in place by the over ear hook, and the bud itself is relatively short and doesn't go far into the ear).

The sound is amazingly good, and the comfort... well, let's say that I often forget I'm wearing it. (I've put on my usual work headphones on many a time, forgetting to remove this headset, much to my surprise.)

the battery gives you 7 hours of use on one charge, which is very long, and it's "use" as in you have to be actively making a phone call for the battery to use up.

almost everyone I've phoned or spoken to on the phone using this headset has been surprised to learn I was speaking via a headset. The sound quality is just that good.

Anyway, it works for me, and fits very comfortably as well (and I wear glasses without the headset interfering.)

The fit MIGHT not be for everyone. in my case, I was given this headphone by my significant other who could not wear them at all, and I fell in love with them. I ended up buying one for my sister (this purchase), the exact same model,...

Jack Davis: I'm pretty happy with this product and have gladly bought several of them. The mic and earpiece work well. Decent sound quality and volume. It stays well in the ear.

My only complaint: Each time you switch on the device, a recorded voice tells you how much battery life remains, but the estimate is inaccurate - too high by a factor of two or more. For example, after a full charge it reports "seven hours of talk time," but really only holds about three hours. Whatever the estimate is, you have to knock down about 55% to be safe.

With that caveat, this product is a good value and functions well in all but the loudest environments.
