Pz: Sustituye perfectamente al grifo original que tengas en la fregadera. Funciona perfectamente en sus dos modos, lluvia y chorro, y se adapta sin problemas a la manguera del agua ya que es de medida estándar. El acabado parece bueno y es estéticamente atractivo (en mi caso con acabado en negro mate con la conexión en metalizado brillante).
Ya he comprado varios de diferentes marcas y todos funcionan correctamente ..... hasta que empiezan a fallar. No duran tanto (al menos en mi caso) como los de marca conocida pero por el precio te puedes permitir cambiarlos más a menudo y renovarlos con más frecuencia.
En resumen, calidad precio muy buena y no le doy 5 estrellas porque trae un filtro y una goma sueltas sin instrucciones para saber qué función tienen (si hay que colocarlos o son repuestos) ya que no son iguales a nada que traiga instalado. Yo de momento lo he instalado tal como venía y funciona bien.

Gino Lee: Was easy to install. I like that they included a rubber washer with an inner wire mesh, to place between the faucet spray head and the base of the faucet. Most sediment particles will get trapped there, before the water even gets to the aerator. So clearing the faucet head, in most cases, will likely involve simply removing the sediment from the aforementioned wire mesh.

Clearing out this wire mesh will be much easier/simpler than clearing out faucet aerator, as the latter requires an adjustable wrench, to unscrew the aerator. Whereas, you can simply unscrew the faucet head, to access the wire mesh.

BTW, I also used a pair of pliers to take out the plastic water flow regulator, following the instructions they included with the product.

Update:

For some reason, this faucet would typically be stuck in spray mode 95% of the time when I first turned it on. Eventually this drove me crazy, as I use normal mode 99% of the time, so I would have to manually switch each time I turned on the faucet. Looked into buying a different kitchen faucet, and then it occurred to me to try to disassemble it, to see if I could fix it.

Icicle: This spray head fit perfectly as a replacement for my broken Blanco spray head, which would have cost over $100 (the complete faucet would have cost over $300 to replace. Instead, this spray head cost less than $15. Switching between spray mode and regular stream mode works a little differently, but other than that, this replacement is almost identical. It is made of plastic (coated to look like chrome), but so was the original spray head in the $300+ faucet assembly. The key is to match the specifications in terms of dimensions and screw thread, so that it fits into the existing hose without leaking. Make sure the washer at the end of the hose is good and forms a tight seal.

Amazon Customer: have been trying to find a replacement faucet for my kitchen. old one is a glacier bay pull out that switches from stream to spray. I loved the faucet as it makes washing easier, plus it pulls out a long way to fill buckets and such. Very versatile. when the old faucet head started leaking and not switching all the way, I had a great deal of trouble finding another like it, as they don't make that unit anymore. I was thrilled when I saw this replacement head from KES. at $12, it's easy on the wallet and works just as good as the original. Only took about 30 seconds to install, too, since it fits right on the end of the old hose. I may buy another one to keep as a spare if I need one in the future. GREAT UNIT!

Cassie: We had a similarly designed faucet in our kitchen for over 20 years, and it finally died and started leaking. Because of the age, we were unsure if this replacement piece would even fit or work properly... but it's great. No problems at all! It fits well, doesn't leak, was super easy to install in just a few minutes, and looks just fine. A good replacement piece and a great value for the price.

Ankhashakti8: I Just received this product in the mail after waiting only two days for it with Sunday delivery Thank you Amazon prime! I was looking for a replacement faucet handle after mine broke off I think my Kohler faucet. Ordering this product really could have been hit or miss. I did not know the measurements for the type of faucet I have and did not know if I had the right kind of hose, Just the way that it looks I didn't want to call my landlord. This was the perfect solution. And under 15 bucks!!! I couldn't tell if it was going to fit it looked a little bit different from my old one on the inside and at first the collar of my faucet hose was stuck into the faucet so it looked like it had nowhere to screw into. Once I was able to fish that out. I used a spare shower curtain hook just in case anyone has that problem lol. I got it installed in about I'd have to say 1 minute after turning off the water. It works wonderfully! it is perfect. I don't think my landlord will ever even realize I replaced it. So much better than the old one and I have a feeling that we will have much cleaner water because of the replacement too! Thank you Amazon! I only gave it four stars for sturdiness because...
