Brad: Wanted matte black metal but didn’t want to pay the $250 the Delta once sells for. Figured worst case I’m disappointed and return it. No need! Easy to install. Gets stuff clean. Fit the space we had and hoped it would fit. Literally 80% cheaper than Delta and heavy duty!

drew adams: absolutely love it. works great on freshly used cups or older, milk-crusted glasses. sprays throughout the cup pretty well. only complaint is that it doesn't drain completely - it is slightly angled, but about 1/2"-7/8" of the lip doesn't drain so it stains unless you dry it off. otherwise, great buy.

Jeffrey J: I bought this not sure if we would use it, but now that we have it, I'm sure it will get plenty of use. This works great for all but the largest of our mugs, and it works on our small ice cream bowls. I think there may be bigger ones available, but this one appears to be very well-built and durable,
which may or may not be the case with a larger version. So unless you have extra large coffee mugs or crocks you want to rinse, you can buy this with confidence. If you frequently rinse glasses, mugs, ramekins, and/or small bowls, you will love this. Installation was straightforward (although cleaning out the area under our sink took longer than expected...). We swapped out our built-in soap dispenser that no one really used anyway, and this fit just fine. Also, the tee fitting that other reviewers have questioned leaked at first for me, but then I tightened it and it immediately stopped leaking. So I'm keeping an eye on it, but it looks like it will be fine.

I'll update this review if needed, but I'm thinking this will be very, very useful.

UPDATE: Also handy for rinsing most recycling.

Hugo Aguilar: I bought this rinser for my small business hoping it will be last for a long time. Unfortunately it has been less than a week of gentle use and the device stopped working. The part you have to press with a cup to activate the jet of water got stuck and does no longer work.
A completely waste of money and worst quality ever.
Update: talked to the manufacturers and they replaced the defective unit free of charge. It's worked great ever since
