Bottleblondbiker: It’s taken me years to find a pair that doesn’t roll down. These are my very favorite pairs. I’m seriously throwing all my old ones away. A bit pricey for me but so worth it. Tatyana: Oh, yes! these panties are amazing for those who like cotton or some sports models, it fits perfectly the fabric is very tight, does not stretch, the additional wide belt fixes well. Yes, this is not lace underwear, but it is very, very comfortable, it does not fall into the buttocks and does not stretch..I'm not a big size and I loved them with all my heart. I recommend taking a little more size because after washing this cotton gets a little hooked, but if you don't care about such little things, you can not take a larger size. I just don't like when something presses on me..I wear a size M, but I bought a size L and now they are just perfect after several washes. I bought them exclusively for the winter period of time and they are simply amazing for warmth, comfort and coziness..

Cinderella!: I am fussy when it comes to my underpants. I hate when the elastic wears and they fall down on you as you walk or if they're made of nylon- NO! I have to have cotton. Cotton is healthy and it breathes.
I like the high cut so your leg doesn't show that circular line of demarcation around the thigh top area, also that pops out from under your skirt or slacks.
These undies give me all of it and more.
The Pokarla undies here, are cut high enough to make my leg look longer, the fabric has a nice stretch to it that holds the tummy in some and eliminates the old elastic waist that falls down problem.
They're made of cotton and on top of it all-- They're pretty! ok, so go Get you some! I Love mine!

B Davis: So comfortable! I got these for my laparoscopic surgery and they worked wonderfully. I'm 5'9" about 220lb and the 3XL was perfect. Folks were saying online that you could be quite swollen after and I was some but not excessively. The band was helpful to keep things from rubbing on the sites although I'd wait to wear things with a tighter waist like pants. FYI you are going to need not only loose clothes for the first bit but also a button top. No one mentioned the top but you won't want to try pulling something over your head. Sometimes because of the gas/air that gets trapped it can be painful and extremely painful to move in some ways. I think the risk is higher when they use the machine. It's better really fast in about 48 hours but it's a little rough for a while. I was just sore with some shoulder and neck pain until I'd lean forward in a squat or try to lay flat. It was extremely painful but getting out of that position fixes it pretty fast. It can be quite surprising though. Remember to get up and walk when they tell you to do so as that will help you get through that stage faster.
