jeffreyyantojeffreyyanto: A great microscope for the price! I am impress e with clarity of the scope and durability is A okay for m 8 year old kid. She enjoying it on her own with the family and it was easy to use and of good quality. Equip with all the accessories and it was easy to set up. You will be needing 3 batteries for it and this is a standard microscope for kids on summer!

Morgan LeeAnne Wallace: I'm a scientist and my 5yo is interested in science and she's pretty clever so even though this is out of her age range I got it to be able to work with her. Me, my husband, and her looked through it and for it's price is a pretty good microscope. I don't recommend getting it for your young child if you're not going to help them bc it comes with REAL GLASS SLIDES AND COVERS. But we made blood cell slides and looked at the premade slides and the lenses are pretty clear!

TheWombat: We've got this kit for a while but have been waiting for a warmer weather for them to do the "digging" outdoors. It does get messy trying to get the bones out of the cast so just be aware where you do it.
The bones were everywhere in the cast and it required a bit of focused attention which could be frustrating at times depending how old and what personality the kid has (!). However it is a great bonding time for parents to do it together so it was not too tedious for our impatient kids. Once the bones were found and assembled, the real fun part began - at least for our kids who love CGI stuff. With the app on the phone, they get to immerse in Jurassic World anywhere anytime. Even a couple weeks after the kit was completed, we still enjoy occasional appearance of the dino in our everyday life and they love sharing those photos with their friends!

Gerald Padgett: This thing is so cool. My son absolutely loves anything dinosaurs. He especially loves these dig kits and things that he can learn about dinosaurs with. The app is really convenient, he was able to download it on his tablet and play with the AR features. Now he started having the dinosaurs attack his Hot Wheels cars in the app. What a great learning tool for kids.
