Print Is AlivePrint Is Alive: Like many others, when I got a new cable TV receiver, the new receiver no longer had a clock. I looked for a clock with red numerals and whose display could be dimmed.

This clock meets the requirements. The display dimmer is one of the best I have used. I can dim the display enough so that it is not distracting while watching TV. The fact that it is also an alarm clock is immaterial to what I need.

Various dimensions of the clock were posted in reviews, so I took measurements, and they can be seen in the photos. As another reviewer stated, the power cord is actually a USB cable with a 120V adapter. The total length of the ‘plug’ is close to 3.5”. So, if you plan on plugging it behind furniture, then you will need to ensure the furniture is pulled sufficiently enough away from the wall to accommodate this plug.

Jorge Aguilera: el tamaño es el adecuado y la luz del reloj se puede ver a una distancia de 2m o 3m, mi mamá de 74 años lo valora ya que le cuesta trabajo ver números y este reloj lo valora mucho. además se puede apagar el reloj y queda memorizada la hora cuando se vuelve a encender

Francisco: El producto es lo que estaba buscando, la luz dimeable está muy bien, diseño bonito, discreto y funcional....pero!!, al cabo de 1 mes te vas dando cuenta de que el tiempo del reloj es mas lento que el real, para los 3 o 4 meses ya estas a mas de 1 minuto atrasado.

Poppy-HGPoppy-HG: When the electricity went off for 90 minutes, the digital numbers disappeared. When the power returned, the clock was at the correct time. The alarm set time hadn’t changed from the previous setting.

Setting the Time and Alarm are easy:
1-HOLD DOWN the Set Time (or Set Alarm) button for a second or two, until the Hour number starts flashing.
2- LET GO of the Set Time (or Set Alarm) button. The Hour number should still be flashing.
3- PRESS THE + or - BUTTON EACH TIME you want to move the Hour number. Ex: If you want to change the number from 1 to 5, press the + button 4 times (it will change to 2,3,4,5). Edit: You can hold the button down to quickly advance the numbers.
4- PRESS THE SET Time (or Set Alarm) button once, to keep the new setting.
5- Next, the MINUTE NUMBERS WILL START FLASHING. Use the + or - buttons to change the minutes.
6- PRESS SET Time (or Set Alarm) button to keep those minute numbers.
The new set time numbers will be displayed, without the flashing.

24 hour is military time (1200, 1300, 1400, etc.) Too much math for this civilian.
12 hour is regular clock time. If it’s afternoon or night, change the time so PM...
