It's completely normal and expected because this tea does contain a product called Senna. Santa is a very good and moderately strong laxative which helps flush the body of toxins. This tea contains Senna. So be aware that you will endure some stomach cramping within 4 hours of taking this product. Also you need to be very much aware that this product is going to flush you out! I like the tea it smells very good like pineapple favor and it really does empty everything (makes you go to the restroom alot ) what I don’t like is that the cramps last a long time, I drank it in the morning and they lasted until the night and it’s cramps like you on your lady days (period ) which is what I don’t like.
