Cover looks very nice /stylish, nice cover, took a while to pump it up, even though we used a foot pump… was scared to blow it up ;) but worked well. Very comfortable, will work well for my PT prescribed Exercises.

Update: I took the yoga ball out of the cover, was able to blow it up much larger, and can easily reach my keyboard and mouse now, so I will keep this one and just have it cover less..
When I finally got my office all to myself, it was past the return date for this yoga ball/seat. I blew it up, and sat down, and the seam with the zipper ripped (loudly) from one end to the other. Quite a disappointment. I had gotten the smaller one, and clearly needed the larger. The material seems really sturdy, and the ball was easy to put inside and blow up, so I’m giving it another chance, and hoping it was my error in judgement that was to blame. I’m ordering it again, bigger size, and using it within the return date!

I liked the size of the yoga ball and the material of the cover is durable and easy to clean.The cover color is nice too! The handle on the cover makes toting it around very easy. The pump was easy to use and both inflating and deflating were easy both for use and storing.

The product looks great but the ball does lose air over time (as in a short time - would need re-inflating every week to maintain the same firmness). But is comfortable otherwise.

First, the quality is GREAT. I abuse this ball 8-10 hours, 5 days a week. The cover is really nice--I bought the bluish one--and the cover is holding up to my non-stop motion with no pulls or pilling. I bounce *constantly* and the ball holds air well.
This is the best seating I've ever found for allowing me to move constantly without disturbing the poor guy who sits across from me by shaking the desk. It's been great for my core, my back, my legs and my desk mate's sanity. I've noticed better stamina at the gym just from the constant exercise during the day (much more constructive than my previous constant tapping, leg-bouncing and other fidgety habits!) I will never have any other office chair!

I have asked to return the product but the return policy asks me to pay for the shipping. The product is broken. The pump doesn't fit the whole on the ball and I can't even inflate the ball and use it. The cap also doesn't fit the ball and non of the accessories fit each other. I definitely don't want to pay $40 to return a broken product. Can you give me a solution for this??
