Everything still works great, but the temperature has never gotten as cold as I want it to be. Even set at its lowest setting, actual measured temperature is a few degrees higher than the setting. Now that it's out of warranty, I'm going to try to bypass the manufacturer's thermostat and hook up and external controller so I can set the temperature where I want it. First I'm going to see if moving the onboard probe will help, as another reviewer found.

Toni Cole: I chose the cooler with the glass door, and it is chic. I love it. The temperature keeps everything nice and chill. Expect it to run differently than a freezer. It does not get as cold in theory, but it chills everything nicely. Excellent temp for water. I like my water chill, not cold and not room temperature, either. This cooler is perfect for the happy medium. So far, I am enjoying it. It is very spacious and has enough room to put all sorts of drinks. I will keep you posted if anything changes. For now, it is one of the best investments I have made.

Amazon Customer:
So far had this for almost a year. It keeps temp and drinks cold. We don't use it to store food, just drinks, but you probably could but may not be the safest cooler for that. we don't put our milk in it either.
It is very quiet, don't notice it running. Overall, it does have a "cheap" feel but i am comparing to a subzero, so its not fair. The door feels "cheap" when you open it just cuz it's lightweight, but it seals well, i don't think the door is stainless steel though, if it is, its not high quality, think its a type of plastic look alike. I love the design of the shelves as it can fit the most soda bottles i have seen among many different styles of coolers and you can take them out if you want and have one tall shelf for the larger containers. but watchful if the power goes out, it will default temp to 40 i think, we keep at 36. but the only thing I can't stand, is.........THERE IS NO LIGHT that comes on when the door opens! how dumb is that. you have to turn the light on with a button. Whoever designed that part of the fridge should go home. it the most basic part of a fridge, you open door and a light should come on. Also, the light is a blue and not...

ANORM:
Bought this cooler for my Lanai and it looks great. We love the blue light, but wish there was another light at the bottom as the light is in the top only.
Also, as other people have mentioned this model gets really hot. I pulled the back panel off to inspect the compressor and found the novel cooling system, a plastic tray with water in it, affixed to the top of the compressor instead of a fan. Don't even try to touch the compressor! While we love the "cooler", it's not a refrigerator. So far it's working, but like other people I didn't think the beers were coming out very cold. I bought a shelf thermometer and tested it. While setting the control to 38 will only yield 41-42 degrees. At a setting of 42 it will cool down to 45 degrees.
So bottom line is, this cooler looks great and does a fairly good job of cooling beverages. I'll have to wait to see what the difference is on my electric bill however, as I think the compressor runs continuous when I set it on 38 degrees. I can't see this "cooler" lasting past 1 year before the compressor burns out. Also, I pre-cool all beverages in a refrigerator in my garage before taking them out and filling the Beverage...

Dana Danieli: This fridge has worked great for over a month now. The shelves are flat and it holds way more than my last beverage fridge.
I just with the shelves were at a slight tilt toward the front to keep the stock to the front.
