EARL D.: Have used this product in 4 different homes over the years. One brand new home I moved into did not use this product & when I tried to repair sloppy work & deep cracks in caulking months after moving in & having their warranty department come in to do repairs with their products - all that work had to be removed by us simply because you cannot repair some other products - you literally have to remove it all & start all over again! Never disappointed using Phenoseal!

Snowman on ice: Main use for bathrooms and counter tops other products make turn yellow but Phenoseal will not. Over time it gets hard,drying time may be long for heavy use areas,use tape to hold things in place. Use a sponge and keep it wet or your finger and don't use too much. After a long time if not cleaned can get moldy. Especially good for cracks around bottom of tubs and wet window areas. Clean area first before applying
