Pfaltzgraff Sylvia 32-Piece Porcelain Dinnerware Set - Service for 8

K.A.B: This is mostly about the customer service from the seller. There was 1 cup broken in the set which was most likely from shipping and I requested a replacement and they sent me another complete set and said no need to return others. I was only needing the cup replaced but now I have a 16 instead of an 8 pc. place setting. This dishes are microwave and dishwasher safe and are very pretty with a simple design.

Arlene: I had a basket weave pattern from another company that was discontinued, and with many chipped plates over the years, I went looking for something similar. These are s close second, and I even like the size of the mugs better. Beautiful white dishes that coordinate with all of my other white accessory dishes. Love them.

DeeS.: I had a pfaltzgraff dinnerware set that has lasted for 25 years. Over due to get something new. These came promptly and perfectly packaged. I am very pleased with the set. I think it is a pretty set. It has gone through regular use and the dishwasher multiple times since I purchased. I am pleased with my purchase.

Pam ChmielewskiPam Chmielewski: 2 large plates had black spots on them and 1 cup had bits of broken porcelain fused in the bottom
I contacted company and they are sending replacements but they said they typically don’t replace for black spots which are common
I’m happy they are replacing but I was going to order more sets not sure if I will now I would be so disappointed if they wouldn’t replace
The black spots stand out and really take away from the presentation

G. Schaefer: This set was just what I was looking for...classic white with just a hint of texture but no colored design. The dishes have a good weight to them so I feel like they will stand the test of time. I also like that they have coffee mugs instead of cups and saucers and good sized bowls to use for cereal or soup. No need for extra unnecessary pieces that take up cabinet space.
