Customer: I was so excited to get this as my family has used this stuff since my German grandmother used it on on my dad. We always had a metal tin at the house my whole life. But when we received this jar to use for my newborn son, I compared the ingredients to the tin from Germany. This formula DOES NOT contain lanolin, which is what makes Penatan so great in the first place. The lotion is nice and creamy but nowhere near as thick as the real stuff. If you're used to the German formula, just know this is NOT the same thing. And it's for sure not worth the money.

Allie Clemmons: This cream is great! It is EXTREMELY thick and doesn't absorb into the skin...basically creates a barrier so make sure skin is super dry before applying! Does heal up diaper rash quickly though!
