Nannette: Everything works fine with this clock. I was trying to find one without the second hand like the one I had which was very similar to this one...however I could not find one like my old clock without the second hand, so went with this one. Shipped fast, serves the purpose I needed it for and looks nice. I'll get use to the 2nd hand as all is good.

Tosca 27: This little clock does everything right: it is silent except for the alarm. It is dark, except when one pushes the little button at night to see what time it is in the dark. It WORKS and was extremely easy to set up. I had gotten a small LED one that came with set up directions worthy of a doctoral class at MIT. Impossible to understand and set in about 5 pt type.
I LOVE this little guy and will probably get another one for the guest room.

wen: The media could not be loaded. As a bedside clock being silent is the key to a good purchase. I have added a short video so you can hear the ‘train like’ noice it makes. I was able to get a full refund so that part was excellent.
