Kindle CustomerKindle Customer: The media could not be loaded.  This is a great product. My dog has issues with her spine that causes her pain when she is heavily active.
She is a Border Collie. Enough said. After a day of chasing leaves in the wind, or pretty much anything that moves. She would slowly walk up the steps to the house.
Within 3 days of giving her the chewables she was sprinting up the steps…
Highly recommend it.

Bowers: We rescued a long-haired adult female GSD <1yr ago. We noticed right away that she was very sensitive to touch near her hips/hind quarters & body language made it clear she didn’t like it. Also, she was skipping & sliding a lot as we have wood floors & she struggled to stand sometimes. I tried a couple of the more well known brands w/o any improvement. Noticed some pain relief within a week of starting these chews, and vast improvement within a few weeks. We could touch her hips w/o issue. Slipping & sliding on the floors only happened occasionally, & usually was when it was time for a trim of the fur between her paw pads (which seemed to grow faster on this supplement too). At one point I tried another product w hemp, as I thought it may help w residual anxiety from her prior situation but it just made her very lethargic & we noticed decrease in pain relief. We immediately switched back & she was back to herself in a couple of weeks.
Side Notes: Our GSD did experience GI distress initially, as mostly loose stools. However, this has occurred w every joint supplement we’ve tried. This is common w many supplements & subsided. Our girl has...

Diane: Hip and Joint soft chews has a great ratio per chew of the active ingredients that help our fur babies as they get older and their joints have injuries or arthritis. I have been giving our very big 100+ pound rottweiler/shepherd mix these for over a year. I give him 3 twice a day. This has been literally a life saver for him. Vet said we could spend 3600 on surgery or euthanize. Vet then implied that his other knee would be next. I couldn't justify spending that as well as putting an animal through that when he was already considered a senior. Well, long story has a very happy outcome, our big guy got doggy aspirin and pain meds for awhile along with these, Hip and Joint soft chews. He no longer needs the doggy aspirin or other prescription pain meds. I continue to feed him these soft chews. I strongly believe that these are what has helped him the most and has the supplements that he needs to maintain his joints. Our big guy will never run like he used to, but he is back to trotting after his buddy and playing like he used to. I highly recommend these!

CeCeCeCe: I don’t have any personal experience in glucosamine supplements for cats, but in my research, most aren’t marketed for cats at all. While I’m sure the dog-only ones wouldn’t harm a cat should you give it to one, I didn’t want to risk a futile purchase. The main concern I had for the supplement was whether my cat would eat it (and if it was just for dogs, maybe the taste is less appealing for cats), so luckily, I found this product which says it’s good for cats and dogs.
I opened the bottle to see half-inch cubish chunks, and after placing one in front of my cat, she happily gobbled it up following a skeptical sniff. She isn’t a picky gal though, plus the kibble texture probably satisfied her dry food preference (the supplement is not as brittle or biscuit-like as dry food hence this being called “soft chew”). I haven’t used the product long enough to see any differences, but I am very satisfied with the price and quantity. And the cat eats it - at worse it’s a harmless cat treat.

I do have a problem in that the listing photos show an outdated nutrition list. For my jar purchased in September 2018, my bottle shows a decreased amount of active...

Mary Anne: I bought this for my 11 year old male (slightly overweight) American Eskimo dog. He had lost his energy and was unhappy. He would lay with his head down and eyes out. Our vet suggested it might help with glucosamine. So we bought this chews. As I would give the every night I decided to give it to my female AE dog. She had been back and forth to 2 vet clinics both with X-rays having a knee cruciate ligament injury. She had it over a year and a half and would skip or hop on the back leg. The vet said that the surgery doesn’t work all the time and costs several thousand dollars. She had told me to just let her try on her own to let her body would heal it and we could revisit it at her yearl exam in Nov.

I started to giving her the chews also, only because she was so jealous that he got a treat. (They love them). They have had them for a month and a half or so.... my first bottle is gone and I am ordering more. My husband and I were so surprised and overjoyed to find Nanook JUMPING WITH EXCITEMENT LIKE A PUP AGAIN. He feels so much better, is happy wirpth life again like a younger dog! But what really shocked me was my female AE, Penny, is no longer skipping or hopping with...

Laura S: My dogs likes these. Great value for the price. Can’t say for sure how much they help, but she is a 12 year old Pug that needs some relief for her joints and these seem to help somewhat.

Sandy Anderson: My dog seems to like these, although he eats everything anyway. The supplements seem to help with joint stiffness - he was taking different supplements before and I don't notice any change to his mobility, which is good.
