Didn't know if our indoor/outdoor cat would like it but he loves it! He loves to be outside even when its cold, so was constantly worrying about him getting to cold. This solved the worry! Our cat is big and he has plenty of room. I like the versatility of opening or closing the ends. Its kept under our house eaves but still gets a good share of snow and rain and has weathered well.

We adopted a stray cat that was abandoned when the neighbors moved. I'm allergic to cats so I can't have her in the house but I wanted her to be warm and feel safe. She was hiding under our deck so I wasn't sure if she would even want to get into the house. I set it up for her and she found her way into it and uses it all the time. It can get down into the 20's at night but with the heating pad inside, it is nice and warm inside. It's sitting under the cover of our deck so we don't have to worry about rain or snow but it does keep her protected from the wind. It is open on both ends so if another cat or animal does approached, she won't get trapped inside.

My outdoor cats like the heated shelters. The product is sturdy and well made but the triangular shape made it difficult to zip together. I really prefered the rounded shape but could not find one.
